Important Information for your Registration
Authors should register for the conference no later than 8th of May 2025 to have their presentation included in the final program.
The registration fee includes the symposium material, all lunches during the conference, the Gala Dinner and coffee breaks. The registration fee does not include travel and accommodation expenses.All participants have to register. Please note that paper submission is not regarded as a registration.
Registration can be done in the following way:
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer.
Please see the registration steps below:
1. Create Account: Create an “EasyConferences” account through www.easyconferences.org
2. Verify E-mail: Activate your account, by clicking on the activation link sent to you.
3. Log-in: After Verifying your email, you may log in through the direct link: www.easyconferences.org/cesust2026/register in order to register (please note that if you log-in through www.easyconferences.org and not the direct link, you will need to locate the conference within the list of conferences).
4. Create Order: Finalise the registration securely through the online payment methods.
5. Done!
Cancellation and refund policy
Registrations cancelled from 24th of May 2026 to 3th of June 2026 are eligible for an 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 20 days prior to the Conference (from 4th of June 2026 and onwards) are no longer eligible for a refund.
Exceptions apply only in cases of VISA cancellation. Only in these cases is a full refund allowed, deducting processing and bank costs.
Accompanying Persons & Childcare Information
If your children (aged less than 13 years) will be accompanying you, special supervised sessions will be organized for them on site at no additional cost during the main conference activities (4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon), including during the Gala Dinner.
